I have started this Frequently Asked Questions page to help with some of the most common issues that arise when ordering prints and/or digital downloads. • Not sure what size print or canvas to order for your wall? This example should help. 

  

• How do I know what size print to order so that it prints correctly? I don't want extra white or even worse - part of the photo cut off! 

  • This is important. When ordering prints, always select the "Best Fit" option. This will show you the various sizes that that particular photo will print best. For example, a photo that was originally cropped to a 5 x 7 aspect ration may result in the top of heads or feet cut off if printed in a 4 x 6 size. Look at the "Best Fit" options and for best results, order your print in one of the suggested sizes. In addition, you do have the option of adjusting the crop. 

• If I order low resolution downloads, can I print them? 

  • Not with good results. The low resolution downloads are smaller files specifically made for sharing on Facebook and other social media. They will NOT print well. If you want to make prints I suggest that you purchase the original, full size digital files or purchase ready-made prints. 

• Will that big watermark be on my prints or downloads?

  •  No it will not. Your purchased product will be free of any watermark. 

• Can I request an image in black and white?

  • Definitely! Many of these images will look amazing in black and white. Just reach out to me!
